Shipping

Delivery is by parcel service. Collection in person is only possible by prior arrangement.

Shipping within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of payment. We ship from Germany.

Modules marked as pre-order on the product page have a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks. This is stated on the respective product page.

Any shipping costs are shown clearly in your cart and during the ordering process, before you complete your order.

Payment

The available payment methods are shown during the ordering process. Payment is processed securely through the checkout.

If you pay via an external provider (e.g. PayPal or Klarna), that provider's terms and privacy policy apply in addition.

Prices

All prices shown are final prices plus shipping costs.

In accordance with § 19 (1) of the German VAT Act (small business regulation), no VAT is charged and therefore none is shown.
